Greetings and Guidelines from the Reservations Committee

We are excited about the new OSC year and looking forward to meeting new members and becoming better acquainted with continuing members.  As they have proven successful, we are continuing the reservations guidelines from last year, to include the Wait List Policy.  Reservations and payment are due by the Thursday prior to the OSC luncheon; which is also the deadline for cancellations to ensure a full refund.  Members who miss the deadline but wish to attend the event, may be put on a Wait List, and if a cancellation is made, the reservation will go to the next person on the list.  If we are able to fill a vacancy made by a cancellation, we will either refund monies, or apply them towards the next month’s function.  We do request and appreciate post-deadline courtesy cancellations to allow members on the Wait List the opportunity to attend a function.

 

Reservations can be made in the form of cash or check payable to the OSC, in the amount of $15.00, and mailed to:

Envelopes and a drop box will be available at each function for reservations for the next month.  You may also prepay for as many functions as you like.
