Every year the OSC is proud to sponsor the annual Ft Polk OSC Sponsored Combined Community Scholarship Program. In the past, the scholarship program has received contributions from OSC fundraisers and other private organizations such as Fort Polk Thrift Shop, Enlisted Spouses Club, FPSMA, FPWOA, AUSA, and First Command Financial Planning. Private organizations and individuals also make contributions to this worthy endeavor.

These contributions are used to award scholarships to deserving high school seniors and adults who desire to continue their education, Scholarship recipients are military dependents of active duty, retires, or active guard reserve. Scholarship recipients also include family members of Department of the Army Civilians or full-time Non-Appropriated Fund Employees.
